Reservations are required for boarding, daycare, and grooming services. It is not unusual for us to be booked 365 days per year, so early reservations are encouraged

Services
Swim Center
Home of the Local Bark Park, our private swim rentals are a perfect solution for dog and owners who prefer to use our pool on a one/one basis. Private swim sessions provide a great opportunity for dogs who have never been around water, who need private time away from other dogs, or that are not spayed/neutered.
Getting Started - Evaluation Day
Step-by-step instructions on how to get started:

We require everyone be up to date on Rabies, DhPP, Bordetella, Canine Influenza, and a negative Fecal screening that has been done within the last year

Please keep in mind that we do need all health records to be current on your client portal in order to move forward with booking any reservations

When speaking to one of our customer service representatives, please let us know if you’d like a boarding evaluation, daycare evaluation, or both for your dog(s).

Interested in Tranquility boarding? Let us know if you’d like to utilize your free evaluation day as an opportunity to trial your dog in one of our tranquility suites!
Note: If you initially completed only the boarding trial portion of the evaluation and opted out of daycare and decide you’d like to schedule a re-evaluation for daycare in the future, please be aware this reservation would not be complimentary.
For first-time guests interested in our boarding and/or daycare services, we want to make the evaluation process as clear and simple as possible!
Our daycare evaluation days are structured as follows:

Drop-off hours are between 7:00AM and 11:00AM. All evaluations must be a minimum of 5 hours at our facility to ensure enough time to properly assess your dog in our environment.

Their day will begin at our boarding facility with a small group trial of anywhere between 5-15 other guests.

We conduct a kennel assessment and a food trial to ensure there are no potential hazards related to resource guarding or food aggression.

After assessing behavior, our experienced staff will determine if your dog is a good fit for daycare. These all-day off-leash playgroups will range upwards of 25-30 guests at a time.

If we decide that your pet is not ready for all-day play at this time, we will contact you to discuss the evaluation results
NOTE: At Animal Den, we prioritize temperament over size when it comes to group interactions and forming our playgroups. We often mix dogs of different sizes, breeds and temperaments to create a harmonious balance across our three play yards. Dogs may be moved from different yards throughout the day to ensure their energy levels appropriately match that of the group they’re in and caters to their specific behavioral needs.
Upon passing the boarding trial portion of the evaluation, your pet will be brought over to our daycare facility. Here, we perform a slow integration into one of our playgroups. Interactions are carefully assessed one at a time before gradually allowing your pet to join the rest of the pack for the remainder of their day. We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests, and these evaluations help us ensure that your pet's experience is positive and stress-free.
