CSR – Customer Service Representative
The Animal Den is looking for positive, motivated, and friendly people who love dogs, love caring for dogs, and enjoy helping people! We have an openings for customer service representatives. A customer service representative greets clients, answers phones, sends emails, communicates with pet owners….oh yeah…and is around happy and playful dogs all day!
Job Summary

Guest Services & Pack Leader
The Animal Den is looking for someone who loves dogs and loves caring for dogs! Our dog guests get to play together in packs of 25+ dogs. We are seeking someone to be their pack leader and care for them during their stay. Pack leaders monitor the play, health, and safety of all the guests in the pack. Guest Service Representatives care for the guests during their stay by cleaning the facility as well as feeding, bathing, and medicating guests. This means you’ll be able to be around dogs all day.
